It is very easy installation; there are two ways to get install plugin on wordpress first through FTP (filezilla) and second by using wordpress admin panel. Procedure for FTP (FileZilla):
  1. Download zip file of plugin from plugin site and unzipped on same named folder.
  2. After login on FTP upload unzipped folder on wp-content/plugins.

How to Change The Primary Url in WordPress

There Are Two Ways Of Changing Wordpress Url And i mean url only Not Changing The permanent link of wordpress
  1. The first method is via front end of wordpress dashboard Go to dashboard->settings->General->In which You Can tell What is your primary url is and change it
now for some reason you don't have access to front panel then you can change the permanent link via database or phpmyadmin here are the steps
  1. open phpmyadmin select the database in which wordpress is installed
  2. now go to or select "wp_options" from drop down list
  3. Find the "Siteurl" which is listed under the field "option_name" edit the entry be careful with this step as you might want to change only the necessary value only edit it or change the wordpress site url from there only and you are done changing wordpress url
